Inspired by Mountain Landscapes

The name Qingwu (青芜) references wild green vegetation and moss found across natural landscapes.

The collection takes inspiration from mountain rocks covered in moss, fallen leaves, and golden reflections.

The cup's rough, angular exterior recreates the appearance of weathered stone through its uneven ceramic surface and layered finishes. Moss-green glaze contrasts with the dark brown body, while scattered gold-painted patches resemble fragments of golden leaves resting on the landscape.

Its intentionally irregular shape reflects the wabi-sabi appreciation of natural imperfections and individuality.

Each Qingwu tea cup is individually handmade, with a distinctive broken-stone silhouette and textured exterior.

Unlike conventional rounded tea cups, its faceted lower body features irregular edges and sculptural surfaces, giving the vessel a natural, stone-like appearance.

The exterior combines dark earthy ceramic, green glaze, and hand-applied gilded details. The interior features a smooth, dark glazed finish suitable for serving different varieties of tea.

As the decorative finish is applied individually, no two cups will have exactly the same distribution of gold, green glaze, or surface texture.
