This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through esho.ae (the “Site”) are processed, dispatched, and delivered. The Site and related services are operated by Esho FZC, registered in Umm Al Quwain Free Trade Zone, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy applies to eligible orders fulfilled through our online checkout.
1) Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to the shipment of physical items ordered via the Site and delivered within the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”).
Separate terms may apply for digital items, appointments, events, workshops, or other services and will be communicated at the point of purchase or booking.
2) Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within the UAE. Availability may vary by emirate, zone, and courier serviceability.
3) Delivery Partners and Methods
We work with trusted third-party courier partners for local delivery. The available delivery methods (e.g., same-day, next-day, standard) will be based on your address and the current courier capacity.
We may change courier partners or delivery methods without notice to maintain service reliability.
4) Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on factors such as:

your delivery location,

order weight/size,
-
selected delivery speed, and
-
active promotions (if any).
Any free-delivery thresholds or promotional shipping offers will be displayed at checkout and may be subject to conditions (minimum spend, limited time, limited locations).
5) Processing and Dispatch

Orders are typically processed Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays (unless otherwise stated on the Site).

Cut-off times and same-day availability (if offered) are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.
General rule (unless stated otherwise at checkout):

Orders placed before the daily cut-off are dispatched the same business day where possible.

Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched the next business day.
We reserve the right to delay dispatch in exceptional cases (address verification, payment review, stock confirmation, peak volume, or force majeure).
6) Estimated Delivery Timelines
Estimated timelines are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.

Delays can occur due to weather, traffic, building access restrictions, security procedures, incorrect address details, or courier operational issues.
7) Delivery Instructions and Receiving Your Order
To ensure successful delivery:

Provide a complete physical address (building name/number, unit/apartment, area, emirate).

Provide a reachable phone number.

Add delivery notes (gate code, reception instructions, preferred time window) if needed.
PO Boxes are not supported for courier delivery in most cases.
If the courier cannot reach you or deliver due to incomplete/incorrect details, re-delivery may incur additional charges.
8) Tracking and Notifications
If tracking is available for your delivery method, you may receive updates via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or a tracking link—depending on the courier partner and the details provided at checkout.
9) Failed Delivery / Re-delivery
A delivery may be considered failed if:

you are unavailable to receive the order,
-
the courier cannot contact you,
-
the address is incomplete/incorrect, or
-
delivery is refused.
In such cases, we may:

attempt re-delivery (fees may apply), or
-
return the parcel to our fulfillment location and process it as a return (where eligible under our Refund & Return Policy).
10) Risk of Loss and Damages
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon successful delivery to the address provided (or upon handover to you/your authorized recipient, reception/security, or other designated receiving point).
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

take photos of the parcel and contents immediately, and
-
contact us within 3 days at esho.esho.world@gmail.com.
