Rectangular Metal Gong Fu Tea Tray with Aluminium Drainage Grid

The tea tray features a black iron base paired with a perforated aluminium upper panel.

The low-profile rectangular or square form provides a stable tabletop platform for Chinese tea preparation.

Removable Aluminium Drainage Grid

The defining feature of this tea tray is its removable perforated aluminium grid.

The evenly distributed openings allow water to pass through the upper surface into the collection compartment beneath.

During Gong Fu Cha brewing, the tray can collect water used to warm teapots, rinse cups, and prepare multiple tea infusions.

The removable grid provides access to the lower compartment, allowing collected water to be emptied and the tray to be cleaned after use.

This self-contained water collection design does not require an external drainage tube.
